Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Bookinale platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including club owners, managers, coaches and club members.

2. Description of Service

Bookinale is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides scheduling, booking, payment processing and analytics tools for sports clubs, studios and academies. The Service is accessible via web browser, Telegram bot and progressive web app (PWA).

3. Account registration

To use the Service as a club owner, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and payments

Bookinale offers multiple subscription tiers. The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes (VAT). You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Service without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Bookinale does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, you may export your data in CSV format. After 30 days following account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems (except where retention is required by law).

7. Payment processing

Payments between clubs and their members are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, Mollie). Bookinale does not hold or process payment card data. Funds flow directly from the member to the club's connected payment account. Bookinale's fee is a flat monthly subscription, not a per-transaction charge.

8. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is available via email and Telegram during European business hours (CET). Priority support is available on Studio and Academy plans.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookinale's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Bookinale is not liable for lost revenue, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard or by emailing support@bookinale.com. Bookinale may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with 14 days' written notice unless the violation requires immediate action.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. For consumers in the EU, this does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
