Bookinale has three plans. Starter is free for clubs with up to 100 members. Studio costs EUR 49 per month for growing clubs with unlimited members. Academy costs EUR 149 per month for multi-location organisations. All plans include core booking and scheduling features.
All data is stored in EU data centres (Netherlands). We use encrypted connections and follow industry best practices for data security.
Yes. You can create different class types, categories, and schedules within one club. Members see only the activities relevant to them.
We support credit and debit cards via Stripe, iDEAL and Bancontact via Mollie, SEPA direct debit for recurring payments, and MB Way for Portuguese clubs. You can also accept cash payments and mark them manually.
Yes, on Studio and Academy plans. You can set your club logo, brand colours, and use a custom domain for your booking page. Members see your brand, not ours.
Bookinale is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Arabic. The interface, notifications, and booking bot all support these languages. Members can choose their preferred language.
Yes, with the Academy plan. You can manage multiple venues from a single dashboard with separate schedules, shared member database, and consolidated reporting.
Most clubs are up and running within one business day. We handle the setup: importing your member list, configuring your schedule, connecting payments, and setting up your Telegram bot. You just share the link with your members.
Yes. Bookinale is fully GDPR compliant. We provide a Data Processing Agreement, privacy policy templates, consent management, and the ability for members to export or delete their data. All data is processed and stored within the EU.
Yes, on the Academy plan. We offer custom integrations, API access, and dedicated development support. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
