Gift certificates
Let your members give the gift of sport. Create and manage gift certificates directly in Bookinale.
How it works
Creating certificates
In your Bookinale dashboard, go to Payments and select Gift Certificates. Set the certificate value or link it to a specific package, such as a 10-class pass or a monthly membership.
Selling certificates
Members can purchase gift certificates online or at your front desk. Each certificate gets a unique code that the recipient uses to redeem it.
Redeeming certificates
The recipient enters the gift code when booking or purchasing a membership. The certificate value is applied automatically. Partial redemption is supported for monetary certificates.
Tracking and reporting
View all issued certificates, their status and remaining balance in the dashboard. Expired certificates are flagged automatically.
Tip
Gift certificates are a great way to attract new members. Existing members buy them for friends and family, and new people discover your club.
